Throughout his career he has built and led high-performing sales organizations across national and international markets of growing complexity, from managing an extensive network of field professionals across Italy at Metro Italia, to opening a Spanish branch encompassing 15 restaurants and two franchise chains, to establishing a manufacturing plant in China that scaled to multi-million dollar revenues.

A results-driven executive, he has consistently delivered measurable impact, driving double-digit revenue growth, restructuring commercial teams, and renegotiating supplier agreements with documented cost savings.

His expertise bridges sales strategy, key account management, supply chain partnerships, and P&L oversight, with additional grounding in corporate finance.

Biography

Alessandro is an Italian Executive with over 25 years of experience in the fields of Defense, Public Administration, and advanced technologies, both in Italy and internationally.

A former officer of the Italian Army, he subsequently held senior executive positions at the «Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri del Governo Italiano», where he developed expertise in security, export control of military and dual-use materials, and crisis management.

He is currently a member of the Quantum Technologies Coordination Group established at the «Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri del Governo Italiano» for quantum technologies. He also serves as Digital Security Advisor to several Public and Private Entities (Critical Infrastructure & Resources, Cybersecurity, AI) and as Executive Advisor at Rare Consulting LLC.

He holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Management Engineering, as well as three postgraduate master’s degrees in Strategic Sciences, International Studies, and Global Strategy, in addition to certifications in Digital Security and AI for security applications.

He is a licensed Professional Engineer.

He has been awarded the honor of «Commendatore Ordine al Merito della Repubblica Italiana» (OMRI), along with various other civil and religious decorations.

Roberto is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor with over thirty years of experience in finance, governance, and business management. He graduated with honors in Economics and Business from “La Sapienza” University and has been licensed to practice since 1993.

He further strengthened his professional background with a managerial master’s degree as Director of a Healthcare Organization and several specializations in corporate crisis management, performance management, and auditing of public entities.

Founder of Studio Giacomini in Ascoli Piceno and San Benedetto del Tronto, he has developed solid expertise in corporate restructurings, extraordinary transactions, internationalization (Brazil, Russia, China, Germany, Spain), and insolvency procedures, serving as liquidator, bankruptcy trustee, and advisor for composition plans for complex industrial groups.

At the same time, he is a member or chairman of boards of statutory auditors of listed and publicly owned companies, including SACE S.p.A., C.I.I.P., and Centro Agro Alimentare Piceno, and has led boards of directors and corporate turnarounds in the publishing, real estate, electronics, energy, and food sectors.

Registered in the Official Register of Corporate Crisis Managers, serving as a Court-Appointed Technical Expert (CTU) at the Court of Ascoli Piceno and listed in the National Register of Independent Evaluation Bodies (OIV), he has built a well-established reputation as an expert in accounting compliance and asset protection in highly complex public and private environments.

Silvia is a professional with over twenty years of experience in the insurance sector, where she has worked with leading Italian and European players, managing both legal-contractual matters and risk management.

Her career in highly regulated environments has provided her with an excellent combination of legal expertise, strategic risk vision, and the ability to build structured relationships with institutional stakeholders, supervisory authorities, and top management.

Convinced that cultural, linguistic, and organizational diversity is a multiplier of value, Silvia has turned every experience—especially international ones—into a competitive advantage.

Today, she divides her time between Rome and Cairo, leading cross-border projects and supporting companies and institutions in mitigating legal and operational risks.

Franco has extensive experience in the real estate and credit sectors, with strong specialization in the management of non-performing loans (NPLs) secured by real estate assets.

Over the years, he has collaborated with major servicers such as YARD RE and Prelios Credit Servicing, focusing on the analysis, enhancement, and disposal of complex real estate portfolios.

He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Reverì Immobiliare S.r.l., a company active in strategic advisory, brokerage, valuations, REOCO transactions, and asset management, with assignments that also include post-earthquake reconstruction initiatives.

In the banking sector, he is a Member of the Board of Directors and of the Executive Committee of Banca di Credito Cooperativo di Roma, one of the leading Italian cooperative banks, where he is involved in strategic planning, governance, asset quality, and risk control.

He also contributes to the supervision of sensitive credit exposures through the Internal Risk Committee.

Franco is a UNI 11932 certified Real Estate Agent and a national examiner for the same standard. He also plays a prominent representative role within the profession as National Vice President of FIAIP (Italian Federation of Professional Real Estate Agents), with responsibility for training and education.

He is also President of the FIAIP Provincial Board of L’Aquila, where he actively promotes the recognition and development of the real estate agent as a qualified and strategic market player.

Pierluigi is a lawyer with solid and long-standing experience in commercial, criminal, and civil law, with particular specialization in advising multinational companies on consumer protection regulations. His professional practice operates at a European level: he is registered with the Bar Association of L’Aquila in Italy and, in Spain, with the Ilustre Colegio de la Abogacía de Madrid.

He is also a member of the European Attorney Association and a qualified partner of the Partner 24 Ore network.

He provides legal advice and assistance both in out-of-court matters and litigation, serving companies, public and private entities, as well as individuals. At the same time, he has significant experience in the Defence and Security sector, having served as a Legal Advisor (LEGAD) for various units of the Italian Army, participating in numerous missions and highly complex operational contexts.

Graduating in both Italy and Spain, he further enhanced his professional background with a Master’s degree in tax procedures and litigation, attended the School of Notary Studies, and completed several advanced legal and military training programs at the prestigious Center for Higher Defence Studies (CASD).

His commitment and expertise have also been recognized at an institutional level: he has been awarded the honor of Knight of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic and Knight of the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem.

Ashraf has a well-established career in the legal sector, with a strong focus on banking and finance law. Over the years, he has held prominent roles at leading regional and international law firms, including Matouk Bassiouny, Al Tamimi & Company, Zaki Hashem & Partners, and Dentons, and has also worked as Legal Counsel at HSBC Egypt.

His expertise primarily focuses on complex financing transactions, including project finance, equity finance, syndicated and bilateral facilities, bond issuances, securitizations, and asset-backed financing.

He has represented major international financial institutions such as HSBC, JPMorgan, Citibank, BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, Société Générale, and ICBC, while also advising governmental entities and large corporates on strategic development projects in key sectors such as energy, infrastructure, industry, and transportation.

Alongside his corporate, M&A, and regulatory compliance experience, he has developed strong expertise in Islamic finance, advising institutions and clients on structuring and negotiating Sharia-compliant instruments.

His knowledge of Islamic law, combined with a deep understanding of financial market dynamics in the Gulf countries, makes him a key reference point for cross-border transactions involving Islamic finance instruments.

He then moved to «Presidenza del Consiglio dei Ministri del Governo Italiano», working for both the Internal and External Agencies.

More recently, his extensive and diverse experience, combined with his high level of managerial education, has allowed him to establish himself in the private sector, becoming a point of reference for numerous economic operators, mainly large groups and organisations operating in international environments.

Today, among his various appointments, he is also a Member of the Board of Directors of Sphera Defence, a company part of Olidata Group.

Holding a degree in Law, he has obtained several Executive Master’s degrees from institutions such as SDA Bocconi and Luiss Business School.

He has also been Mayor of the city of Fano and Administrator of various local Public Bodies.

He has served as President of «Banca del Ministero dell’Agricoltura ISA», President of the «Servizio Informativo Nazionale», and was also a Member of «Commissione Collaudo e Congruità sui fondi Agea».

He has also worked in agriculture and fisheries, serving as CEO of companies controlled by the Italian State: Agea, Ismea, and Unire.

In recent years, he has also served as General Manager and Technical Director of AccorPhoenix.

He has been a professor of Law & Economics at both Universities and Secondary Schools.

During his long professional career, he has developed particular skills in structured relations at both national and international level, building important relationships, especially with European Institutions and with the main Italian and North African Institutional Bodies.
